• Beta glucan (1.3-1.6 Beta glucan) 50mg
• Korean ginseng extract (Panax ginseng) 40mg
• Zinc sulphate 27.45mg (contains zinc 10mg)
• Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 20mg
• Manganese sulphate 6.15mg (contains manganese 2 mg)
• Vitamin B5 (Calcium Dpantothenate ) 4.6mg
• Copper sulphate 3.92mg (contains Copper 1mg)
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxin hydrochloride) 1.64mg
• Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 1.4mg
• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) 1.1mg
• Vitamin B9 (folic acid) 400mcg, Potassium Iodide 0.107mg (containing Iodine 80mcg)
• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin 0.1%) 2.5mcg.
• Other ingredients: Sunflower seed oil, food gelatin (beef gelatin), demineralized water, Glycerol, white beeswax, lecithin, Iron oxide (red and black) just enough for 1 soft capsule.

Effects of ingredients in Vitap GS

• Vitamins and minerals are effective in treating and reducing the risk of infection. Vitamins and minerals contain many micronutrients that have redox and immunomodulatory activities and increase blood levels of vitamin C and Zinc.
• Vitamin C is important for neutrophil phagocytosis, motility, reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, antibacterial activity, and monocyte motility.
• Sufficient zinc intake alters the number and function of neutrophils, monocytes, T cells and natural killer B cells and is an important mineral for leukocyte chemotaxis neutrophils and monocytes.
• Vitamin D is important for both innate and adaptive immune function and it is required for the induction of the antibacterial peptide gene cathelicidin in activated monocytes/macrophages. Taking a daily Vitamin and Mineral supplement containing immune-essential micronutrients including vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc may improve immune cell function in older adults.
• Panax ginseng or ginseng is said to stimulate the body’s ability to fight stressors. Panax ginseng contains many active chemicals such as ginsenosides or panaxosides. Ginseng is taken orally to improve memory and thinking skills, Alzheimer’s disease, depression, and many other conditions.
• Beta-glucans are a type of fiber found in the cells of some yeasts, algae, bacteria, and fungi. They may slightly reduce total cholesterol and harmful LDL cholesterol. However, they do not seem to affect good HDL cholesterol and triglycerides. It may also reduce the risk of infection after surgery and trauma, helping the immune system better fight tumors and bacteria.
